Our latest discovery! we immediately fell under the charm of this address: a hidden gem in the old city of Lunel: a beautiful old townhouse with a magnificent patio and a cook who sent our tastebuds straight to paradise! If you really want to treat yourselves, please go to Maison Soubeiran, it's a 30 minutes drive you shouldn't miss

Only 7 minutes drive from our house is a real treat for Gourmets. Very much deserved, Yoan and his team have been granted  since 2020 a BIB Gourmand by Guide Michelin. The staff is great and the place (the former Quissac train station) elegant in its simplicity

Newcomer in Quissac, this tiny restaurant will delight amateurs of bourgeois French cuisine: homemade pâté en croute, vol au vent, stuffed cabbage... Elouan is a passionate chef, local and seasonal products are in the spotlight. A very small menu that changes every month, to be consulted on their website

Sauve is one of our favorite villages - lovely to walk the streets and discover its galleries. Au Bon Jaja is located on the main square, the very best place to take in the boho vibes of this village. You'll enjoy some small bites in their bistro, or a nice lunch or diner at their restaurant - everything is home made! Don't miss their tuna tataki and veggie thali. A must go!

Our second recommandation in Sauve - so we make sure you go twice ;-) - we love the  simple and genuine flair of this restaurant, and its magical setting at nighttime. A 28 Euros 3-course menu awaits you, great and so unpretentious. The patron Martine will welcome you, she is a charming power woman!

A 30mn drive, and you will find yourself amongst an olive orchard, l'Olea's unique setting is worth the scenery of a painting. The young chef has learned from the very best, his Cuisine is local with a twist of elegance. And of course, you will discover their olive oil.....

You shouldn't miss the chance to have Pierre cook for you at the Magnanerie. A student of the Michelin start Michel Sarran, Pierre has also chosen Brouzet as his creative basis. He will work out the menu with you - it all happens on his Brasero! - and will set the table wherever you fancy: at the pool, on the terrasse or in the middle of the grounds - it's up to you. Just relax and enjoy!

If you are looking to spend a moment of utter simplicity close to the see, this is the place. Just sit down, look at the beautiful Etang de Thau and its fishing boats, with a chilled bottle of white wine and enjoy the freshest seafood ever: pulled out of the water upon your ordering it!

For those who want a drastic change of scenary and look for beach feeling, Bonaventure is the best place to go: great setting in bohemian beach style, nice & relaxed staff and amazing arabic-french fusion food. You will come back to Brouzet and wonder how quickly you can switch worlds!
